It's a "BOY"
So I haven't blogged in a really long time, but I want to write down my birth story for journal purposes. So I was scheduled for induction on May 27th the hospital informed me that they could call as early as 5 am. I wasn't holding my breath to get called that early due to the fact I was fifth on the list for induction. The night before we took the girls to Enterprise to stay with my mom so me and Jamie could have a relaxing night and day together before the baby came. We ended up staying up late watching movies and talking and then the next day we slept in and got up went and ate breakfast at Black Bear Diner. After a late breakfast/lunch it was almost noon I called the hospital to see what the day was looking like and of course she informed me that they were having one of their busiest days of the year. Hopefully they could get me in sometime around five. So after brunch we decided to go to a movie (spiderman). After the movie it was almost six so I called again---(yes I was really starting to feel annoying, but I just wanted to know if I would even get in for the day.) They said I was next on the list and hopefully they would be calling later that night around like 10-11.. By this point I was exhausted and extremely anxious. We decided to go to Texas Road House and have a yummy dinner. Right when we got back to the house around 9 ish the hospital called and we were finally given the OK to go in. We got to the hospital around 10 and they started the checking in process got me all hooked up and then started pitocin around midnight. I was registering contractions from the get go about three minutes apart, but could not feel a thing. And to my surprise I was still only dilated to a one...not... I wasn't surprised at all...my body doesn't ever seem to want the baby out until my water breaks. So I tried to sleep a little and around 3 the doctor came in and broke my water. At that time I was dilated to a three and 80% thinned. He had a hard time breaking my water bag due to it wanting to keep floating back up. But once he broke it I finally could feel contractions. They were not to bad, but I was planning on having an epidural so why wait for them to get horrible. So at around 4:30 I got my amazing epidural. It didn't hurt at all and I finally got some sleep. At around 6:30 they came and checked me and I was only a five...really usually with my other three once my water was broke I went within the hour. Well this little boy had different ideas he was wedged up in my upper right rib cage and would not drop to engage his head for nothing. So they increased pitocin. For some reason I could feel and move my right leg the epidural wasn't working on that side. I think it was because he was tucked so tight on my right side that it wasn't flowing well over there, because the second he dropped I numbed right up and felt awesome again. Around ten they came in and checked again and he had finally dropped and things were moving quick I was actually at an eight. At 11:30 they came and checked again and I was ready to push my boy out. They did all the prepping got me in position and then draped the blanket on me. Right as she did that I swore I felt his head come out. About three minutes later Dr. Chalmers lifted the blanket and said... Oh wow babies head is out don't push he gave a little tug and at 12:00 PM my little boy entered the world. He was perfect in every way and looked so huge. He was 21 1/2 inches and exactly 8 pounds. I was a little surprised he seemed bigger. They placed him right on my chest and at this point he still had not made a sound he just nestled right up to my chest and peed on me funniest thing ever. I had always heard of boys peeing on you, but did not expect it that quickly. While he was laying on me they rubbed his back to try to get him to cry and finally he let out a little screech, but that was about it for sounds from him. He then nestled right up to me and peed on me again I was laughing so hard tears were coming down my eyes. He laid on me for about 45 minutes until I finally let them take him to get measurements and give him a once over. They had him for about five minutes if that and brought him right back to me. He then when right to the booby and ate on both sides for about an hour until he was done. I finally let them take him to get him all cleaned up and that is when we finally got to hear him cry for the first time. And even then he cried for all of one minute. Our little Becket Kemper Rogers was born on May 28th 2014. He is perfect and I love everything about him. I was a little nervous about the boy thing, but I love my little man more than words can explain. He is a great baby, very rarely cries and I just couldn't be more blessed. My mom took birth pictures I will add them on here when I get them all from her.

PreSchool Graduation
May 20th was Bentlees PreSchool Graduation. She has loved every moment of preschool and she learned
so much. I didn't even realize how much she actually learned until she was singing all her cute songs in the program. They learned about the months, planets days of the week, shapes, colors, mammals, reptiles, safety and ABC's. She already new a bunch of stuff like her letters, numbers shapes and colors, but she didn't know the planets. So I am glad she got to learn about those. I didn't really send her to preschool to learn I can teach her all of that to prepare her for kindergarten. The main reason I sent her was for the social aspect. She is really really shy and it has been so fun to see her come out of her shell. She made a lot of friends and can now go into any situation and is a lot better about going and making friends. So it was totally worth every second of it. Here are a few pictures from her graduation. Me and Rikki got to decorate for it that was a lot of fun. Oh and one last thing I was pretty excited about she is super tall. I didn't realize how tall she was until I saw her standing in line with the rest of her class. I hope she can keep growing..

Where is the time Going!
So Korver is almost eight months old so I thought I better get on here and write about the milestones she reached in her seventh month.
1. She can officially full on crazy fast crawl. She is all over the house in a blink of the eye.
2. She is standing all on her own. Yesterday she stood up in the middle of the living room and went to take a step and face planted it. It a weird way I was relieved that she didn't take her first real step. I don't want her walking yet she is to little and she is my baby.
3. She stands on all the furniture and walks around.
4. She is finally getting quite the personality she laughs smiles and will say hi and mamama. It is always three mamama's never just one or two. It is so cute when you walk in and say Hi she will say it back.
5. She doesn't have teeth yet which is a little strange, but I can see two on the bottom middle that have almost broke through the skin. I can't wait for them to finally come, because I am sure they are causing her a little pain even though she seems ok.
6. She hates baby food, but will eat anything we are eating. I need to do a better job feeding her, but she really seems perfectly healthy and happy with breastmilk.
7. This is a big one she finally takes a bottle like a pro. It took a while and she doesn't like it very much, but if she is with Jamie or a tender she will take one if she gets hungry enough.
8. She sleeps clear through the night usually she goes to bed at 10 and sleeps until almost 10.... It is awesome.
9. She loves going outside and will try to escape any time the door is open.
10. She has crazy hair a lot of long whispy strands right in the middle of her hair.
11. She throws temper tantrums, she knows what she wants and if you take something from her she will yell and scream....hahah super cute right....
12. She loves her momma, but her next choice is always Aunt Rikki. She can spot Rikki a mile away and will take off after her every time.
13. We finally got her to where she kind of is ok in the water. She doesn't have a complete melt down.
14. She loves to blow rasberries on everyone she thinks it is so funny, especially when you do it to her.
We love this little cutie so much and I am thankful every day to have her. Major picture overload....

The Big 5
Oh man how time is flying!!! I hate the fact that my little sweetie is five months old already. I just want her to stop right now and not get any bigger for like three years. Korver is at my favorite time, they are so sweet and funny at this age....and not big enough yet to make huge messes.
A few things she is doing lately...
She can role over both ways it is super cute, because she gets so proud when she does it and she looks so stinking cute while doing it. When she goes from her back to stomach her head pops way up and she looks around to make sure we are all looking at her and then she just grins from ear to ear and kicks her little legs.... Cutest thing in the world...
She loves her sisters whenever she even hears their voices she searches them out and gives them a huge grin.. she also does this with her daddy.. I don't know who this makes more happy them or her.
She had her first taste of rice cereal and she absolutely hated it... we will have to keep practicing that one.
She will not take a bottle even if she is starving to death while daddy is watching her.. It is crazy though because I gave her one a few months ago and she drank a whole 4 oz. But since that one bottle she refuses.
She had her first doctors appointment for sickness she has been sick since December and I finally decided I better take her in the doctor tested her for RSV and was almost positive she had it. But when the test came back it was negative but she tested positive for Bronchitis so she has been taking the pink bubble gum medicine for three days now. She hates it I have to pretty much shove the dropper in her throat for her to swallow it.
She weighs 16.5 pounds and is such a cute little chunk..
She sits up on her own and is really working hard on trying to scoot...
She growls and jabbers all the time she loves hearing herself I have decided.
She sleeps for ten hours each night.... She is an awesome sleeper.. She also takes at least three naps a day.
She has a blow out every day... This is really annoying.. I have to change her jammies at least once a day.
She is wearing 6 to 9 month clothes..
She is the best baby and she loves her momma...

4 Months
Oh man time sure does fly.. This little cutie just turned four months old. I got so busy over the holidays that I totally missed her three month post. Korver is just the sweetest baby in the whole world. She very rarely cries at all still and she sleeps clear through the night....yay.... A few things that she has started doing, she will role over and she sucks her little thumb or whole hand. It is really so cute I love when she does it. I might get bad mom of the year award, but I have done nothing to stop her it is so nice because she doesn't need a binkie she just uses her thumb. She giggles and smiles so much. Her little smile just lights up my whole life. She can kind of sit up, I think maybe she is just so chubby that her roles support her. She talks all the time and growls and grunts. She will just sit there and grunt and growl until someone holds her. She is very observant always looking around at everything and just taking her surroundings in. She loves her daddy so much it makes me a little jealous whenever I am holding her she is always looking for him. And once he smiles or talks to her she is content. She does this for me, but only if someone else is holding her. It is just so sweet that she loves us so much all ready. She is starting to know people and doesn't really like strangers holding her if she can't see me right there with her. She loves her big sisters and they Sure Do Love Her. Sometime to much! We love you little Korver you are such a sweetie. Oh dang I almost forgot... We blessed Korver in my moms ward on December 2nd. Jamie did a great job like always. He blessed her that she would be a good example to her sisters and would always do what right. I really believe that even know she is just such a content and happy little person. I hope she can always be that way. My grandma Rohde made her dress and she looked absolutely beautiful. Aunt Rikki made her head band I think Rikki should start selling her stuff she does such a beautiful job. It was a great day spent with all the people I love most in the world.

2 Months Already
Oh Man! This little cutie is growing up way to fast. Just a few little updates about her. She weighs almost fourteen pounds so yes she is extremely CHUBBY!(or should we say fat). I love all her little chubby roles and boy does she have a lot. Korver is the sweetest baby very rarely will she cry and the only time she even gets a little fussy is at night. We still have our nights and days mixed up, but it is getting a little better. She wakes up around 12:30 and will be up until 1:30, but she sleeps until about 9:30 in the morning after that 1:30 feeding. So I am pretty happy about that. She is finally starting to smile real smiles and not just gas smiles. She has the cutest little dimple and I can't wait until she smiles all the time. She has finally found her hands and she is always putting them in her mouth. When she sucks on them she sounds like a little piggy it is really cute. She has had the worst rash on her cheeks and we can't figure out what is causing it. Lotion does not help it, but vaseline seems to. We are madly in love with out little Angel and I am thankful every day to have her.
